Overall satisfied with one glitch
My room was beautiful, an end unit with wrap around windows with a great view on the 20th floor. It rained for 3 days - the windows leaked big time starting on the second day!

Below average service
I waited at the registration desk several minutes while the three employees behind the desk were visiting in the corner with one of the room attendants. There were no other people waiting, we were just ignored until I went over and interupted their gab-fest. The room was old and dated with numerous stains in the carpet. There are many other hotels in this price range with nicer facilities and better service. Would not go back here again, even if free!

Decent hotel with a couple of problems
I stayed four nights at this hotel for a seminar. Overall, the experience was good and the room was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there was a problem with the internet in my room (bad in-room router and no wi-fi about the 10th floor), and the staff had absolutely no solution. So, I went my whole stay without internet access essential to my business. My other complaint is that the price of food at the hotel was so outragous that I ate out whenever I could. It’s normal for there to be a "hotel markup" but $3.50 plus tax for a Coke at the bar is just highway robbery.
Traveler's tip on dining
Don’t eat or drink at the hotel. There is a large shopping mall 500 yards to the north of the hotel with several restaruants and a food court. Greenville Ave (one block over) also has many restaurants. If you need internet access, demand that they check the in-room service before you arrive.
