Loved the sleep number beds
Room was very nice. Loved the sleep number beds. The first thing I look at are the bathrooms and how much mold is growing in the shower, found none in this room. Bathroom was clean. Would have liked to have complimentary breakfast for the price of the room. People working the desk were very nice and accommodating even when asked to provide a shuttle to the train station.

good central location, nice room, poor management
I was very clear that I was flexible re smoking or non, king or queen, but I needed a quiet room to rest before an important business meeting. They gave me the room directly in front of the elevators. I asked for a different room, but was told "we are completely booked up" (note: thursay, and the place looked deserted). I was awakened dozens of times thru the nite by rowdy people loading in & out, and the continual "ding-dong" of the elevator bell(unfortunately, with a tone similar to my doorbell at home). I was exhausted during and after my meeting, and returned to find room temperature close to 100. I went to the desk, asked for help, went for a swim (& $12 sandwich & $7 flat beer in the lobby). 1.5 hours later, the room was still 88 degrees. I returned to the desk and was curtly told "the technician said the AC is working fine." I started to tell him not so, but he cut me off: "the AC is working fine, but if you are staying another night I can move you to another room - thats all I can do." Noting the lobby and parking lot looked much more full than the day before, I asked what part of the hotel he could move me to. The answer: "Its been pretty slow lately, so we have rooms on all floors, anywhere you want, really..." I thanked him for his offer, and took a cab to the airport 8 hours early, where I found a much more comfortable place to take a nap.
