Loved NY but not impressed with Hotel 57
The hotel was undergoing some renovation...noisy and dusty. My 1st room was next to elevator....very noise asked to be switched to a quieter room and they were very accommodating but I didn’t get the king bed I had requested instead got a DOUBLE - yikes. The sleeping room was "very" small and no bathtub in the bathroom but the shower stall was huge and very nice. Choice of TV Channels were very limited...no ABC, NBC, OR CBS Aveda products were a nice bonus Location was good to where I needed to be - also somewhat close to Times Square.

Great Hotel
Beautiful room, friendly and helpful service. Once the construction is finished it will be an amazing hotel. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but overall a great place to stay, conveniently located to many NY attractions.

Under Construction, April
The hotel was under construction and there was hardly any staff at the beginning, but the staff did seem to try to meet our needs even though it seemed that the construction was a strain and staffing might have been limited...however the room was comfortable and the bed was fantastic.
