An OK place
It met my test for a hotel for a short stay. It was convenient with four places to eat across the hotel parking lot ranging from Wendy’s to a decent upscale chain restaurant. Staff was helpful, room well appointed and clean. Breakfast buffet was good.

Impressed with the Staff
We were very impressed with the staff. Friendly, courteous and informative. Greeted us with warmth whenever they saw us. Suggested things for us to do. One of the staff members even gave us free tickets to a hockey game that she couldn’t attend. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever visit Toronto again. The room was very comfortable, clean and not cramped. Enjoyed having the little balcony outside the room. One suggestion, although its a non-smoking hotel, noticed that people smoked off the balcony and dropped their cigarette butts onto the area below. Made it look horrible for such a lovely hotel.
