Always reliable!
The staff is welcoming and ready to accommodate. The rooms are always neat and clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly, discreet and do a great job. Their breakfast is sumptuous and keeps me ready for the day’s activities. We keep coming back to stay here year after year.

Will stay here again!
I read the reviews of others before selecting this hotel, and there were more good reviews than bad. You can never please everyone. Though in a developing industrial area, it did not affect our stay. The place was quiet, clean and central. The young lady (Christina)at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant and informative. Right throughout our stay she’s been very helpful. Full continental breakfast is served daily and the waitstaff are so pleasant and attentive. We had a suite and it was wonderful. Jacuzzi in the bedroom and the room wasn’t too small, not too big, but it was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
You definitely need to rent a vehicle to get around. There is the CN Towers to see. Also Casa Loma, weekend festivals on the waterfront in downtown Toronto. Niagara Falls of course!
