Good for families
The staff was helpful, the room was huge and clean but it seemed a little ran ndown.

Conveniently located, great apartments
We stayed in the residence portion of the hotel in a 3-bedroom apartment. Very clean if slightly dated but no complaints about service. We called for a hairdryer and it arrived within minutes, great house keeping service everyday. Great breakfast buffet made it convenient because it’s a bit of a walk to get to any other restaurants.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff and a Good Location
I have been staying at the Dubai Concorde Hotel & Residence for the past four years now and really won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Dubai. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are nice and it has a good central location on the Deira side of Dubai. The hotel has a nice cafe (Arman Cafe) on the back side where you can get some great Shawarmas(sandwich)--relax and watch the hustle & bustle of the city. I have stayed in some "fancier" hotels in Dubai, but the Concorde has a charm and friendliness that the others don’t. Deira City Centre (shopping mall) is about 5-minutes away via taxi and Nasser Square is about 5-minutes in the opposite direction.
