failed expectations
Was not what we were expecting after looking at internet photos. Stained carpet and small bathroom.

Not so good - really!
The sheets on the bed were clean and the breakfast was fine. The hotel was very run-down, carpet stained, walls dirty, and everything smelled of cigarettes. A couple of built in lights in our room no longer would stay on due problems with the switches. An air conditioner in our room was left in the window although the mechanical pieces of the unit were removed but it was still wired with live electricity. The public areas had tons of odds and ends that wound up just collecting tons of dust. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a close walk to the city center.
