It was the best
This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and the 5th hotel we have stayed in and it was the best by far.

Good value
The room was pretty good, clean. The rooms had recently been updated so it was very comfortable, especially the beds. We chose limited housekeeping but truly appreciated the clean towels every day! The Bellman Wayne was a super nice guy. The valet personnel was always helpful when asking about directions and local attractions. Check in was a little confusing since you had to check in on the 2nd floor and there were no directional signs to show you which office to go into. Liked the full kitchen and made use of it to save on the eating out expense. We went to Sam’s club and Walmart which were fairly close to the hotel and stocked up since we were staying for a week. Had a little food left that was uneaten and was please to find out you can take it down with you to checkout and they will donate the food to a local food bank. Would come back and stay again.

excellent stay
Love this hotel, only complaint is that check in time wasn’t until 4 pm. very clean, kitchen well stocked...we broke a glass and the housekeeper came within 10 min to help us clean it. she even asked if anyone was hurt! Concierge desk staff very helpful. convenient towel check out for beach and excursion use.
