Broken Down
1) The rooms vary drastically throughout the hotel. For instance instead of getting a double bed a friend received a room with two twin beds simply pushed together. 2) The man at the front desk is completely in polite. For instance every question is answered with a simple yes or no. "Do you happen to have a map of the city?" "Yes". "Let me ask this a different way...do you have a map of the city that I could have?" "Yes...for a cost". No initiative to try and make your stay more enjoyable. I’m not looking for someone to wipe my nose, but just please show a little interest and customer service. 3) The staff insisted that the air conditioning was working despite the fact that every room was 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. After some "adjustment" during the night the rooms magically started to become cooler. 4) If you get up around 0800 and try to get in the shower...no hot water. Apparently they run low.
