The room was just fine, just a little too cold and the heating unit did not heat the entire room. In six degree weather it would be nice to have a little heat. Other than that it was an overall pleasant experience.

Not coming back
Its a good place just to sleep, and cheap,for one night but if you are looking for 5 star, look somewhere else.

5-10 minutes walk is the Niagara falls down the road, Canadian side also lots of restaurant around.

Not worth the money
First thing I saw walking in the room was many different stains on the carpet. Then the sunflower seeds on the floor. My room had a dripping faucet. The beds only had flat sheets, no fitted sheet so after a night of turning over on an old uncomfortable mattress you actually ended up directly on the scratchy mattress. I got this room because it was inexpensive, but this room wasn’t worth more than $15 in my opinion. Plus after paying for the room thru Expedia, they charged me parking at check out. They charged me to park at the hotel I was staying at. That’s a first for me. Talk about hidden costs! Over all I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. The only thing good about this stay was I didn’t bring my girlfriend, so I didn’t have to listen to her complain as well.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If your going to see Niagra Falls, you can go to the falls early in the morning (about 6am) and then come back sometime after and see a significant flow change in the falls. This is because of the hydro electric plants taking more water during the night and storing it when the falls are less visible.
