Very good rooms - Price was great
I have been in a lot of Hotels in atlanta in the meantime, this spot seems to be a perfect area for good hotels. Have been there for business and I did enjoy the rooms (sleeping room extra) and the place to explore all kind of shopping areas in the evening - so it is a good place to stay. Would come back again.

No communication
I have stayed in this hotel before, but nothing was this bad. When I got to the hotel there was only one room availible. Four people had to share that room. I had to leave the hotel soon after I arrived. When me party and I came back the person at the desk said we only had one room. We know that. He meant that we only paid for one room. This was incorrect. (What do you expect when we got back he was telling a whole group of people that they didnt pay. Despite the fact everyone had reciepts of some sort.) He gave us rooms on 2 different floors. The people that were there before should have told him that we needed a room. We stood there for a half an hour trying to convince him we already paid. We did not want room sevice the next day. We got room service anyways. There is no communication in this hotel. No one listens. I will not be going back there. I love expedias prices though. I will be paying expedia a visit again but not to visit that awful hotel. By the way there was only one guy that gave all the trouble. Everyone else was delightful.

Not impressed
The hotel main aisle carpet smells like an old one
