Great Service, Spacious Room But Comfort Slightly Problematic
The hotel was clean, well kept up, and bright and cheery. The hotel staff (or the one and only guy I met) was very nice, eager to please, and informative. In MOST ways, this hotel was perfect. I had only one problem, and for some people, it might not be a problem. The sofa was very uncomfortable so I was limited to the lazy boy rocker (which was fine, really). There were two lazy boys, so unless you have more than two people staying in the room, you won’t have to sit on the sofa. The bed was also crooked (much lower on one side than the other). I found the friendly atmosphere, access to the beach, BBQ grills, full kitchen, and the spaciousness. Overall, the hotel and room were very good and that outweighs the sofa problem. I also liked the early noise curfew that some people thought was odd. When I am on vacation, I do not want to hear other guests late at night.

Great for a peaceful vacation
A great place if your looking for a peaceful spot. Beach is as clean as it gets. Long walk to the water but the sand is compacted for most of the distance.

Fantastic Value with down home feel
Fantastic value. I was pleasantly surprised when I booked my reservation through expedia and an hour later received a phone call welcoming me to this hotel. They provided me with great directions from the airport and Ken, his wife and daughter were there to answer every question I had. This is a non-houskeeping hotel but they provided us with enough linens for our entire stay. Very comfortable beds and a view from your room that is incredible. The pool is very nice and plenty of parking. They are located on the biggest section of beach on Fort Myers. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
