Awesome!
This place was great! I was a little apprehensive at first, but the rooms are gorgeous! They look maybe recently updated...good sized room, table and sitting chair, mini-fridge and microwave, beautiful bathroom (granite counter tops!), nice tv and A/C unit, new carpet, and comfy beds! Right by the greens, but very secluded. Couldnt have asked for a better place at a better price! Plan on staying again SOON! Loved it and the Tiki Bar down the road! Dont forget about McGuires!
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Flounders, Seville Quarter P.S. Johnson Beach was beautiful!

Nice, affordable hotel room.
This hotel is not on the beach, its about a 5-10 care ride away. If you are a golfer this is perfect because of the location on a golf course. It was inexpensive, but very nice. We had a room that was connected to a shared common area. The room was well kept and clean and open to the common area that consisted of a living room, dining room, half bath and a kitchen. There were 3 other rooms that shared this area. The pool was very large, but closed at dusk so we didnt get a chance to enjoy it. We would stay here again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If youd want an inexpensive room in Perdido Key that accomodates a family and you dont mind driving to the beach this is perfect for you.

Out of the way, but still okay
This complex is on a golf course approx. 15min. to the west of Pensacola, and 5 miles from the beaches. Its a little hard to find from the interstate, but the roads are well-marked. The particular room that we stayed in was in need of updating...the carpet was worn and frayed at the doorways, and the bathroom was tiny. The room had two queen beds, an entertainment armoir, a nightstand between the beds, and a small lamp/table with two small chairs. The closet had a foldable luggage rack and non-removable hangers and an ironing board/iron. The room also had a microwave and a coffee pot with a basket containing the usual coffee packets. It was good enough for an overnight stay in the area, but not if you were traveling through Pensacola, as it is too far off the interstate. If you are an avid golfer, you would probably like it. Nothing to rave about, but certainly adequate.
