Awesome!
This place was great! I was a little apprehensive at first, but the rooms are gorgeous! They look maybe recently updated...good sized room, table and sitting chair, mini-fridge and microwave, beautiful bathroom (granite counter tops!), nice tv and A/C unit, new carpet, and comfy beds! Right by the greens, but very secluded. Couldn’t have asked for a better place at a better price! Plan on staying again SOON! Loved it and the Tiki Bar down the road! Don’t forget about McGuire’s!

Nice, affordable hotel room.
This hotel is not on the beach, it’s about a 5-10 care ride away. If you are a golfer this is perfect because of the location on a golf course. It was inexpensive, but very nice. We had a room that was connected to a shared common area. The room was well kept and clean and open to the common area that consisted of a living room, dining room, half bath and a kitchen. There were 3 other rooms that shared this area. The pool was very large, but closed at dusk so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. We would stay here again.

If you’d want an inexpensive room in Perdido Key that accomodates a family and you don’t mind driving to the beach this is perfect for you.

Out of the way, but still okay
This complex is on a golf course approx. 15min. to the west of Pensacola, and 5 miles from the beaches. It’s a little hard to find from the interstate, but the roads are well-marked. The particular room that we stayed in was in need of updating...the carpet was worn and frayed at the doorways, and the bathroom was tiny. The room had two queen beds, an entertainment armoir, a nightstand between the beds, and a small lamp/table with two small chairs. The closet had a foldable luggage rack and non-removable hangers and an ironing board/iron. The room also had a microwave and a coffee pot with a basket containing the usual coffee packets. It was good enough for an overnight stay in the area, but not if you were traveling through Pensacola, as it is too far off the interstate. If you are an avid golfer, you would probably like it. Nothing to rave about, but certainly adequate.

Nice for the Price
It was a nice and quiet place to stay for the price. It is close to Perdido Key. However, getting in touch with the front desk for questions was difficult.

BEAUTIFUL!
The Cottages were so nice I did not even realize that I was away from home. The cottages are surrounded by the beautiful golf course. The beds are very comfortable and it is super quiet at night. It is very affordable and worth every penny. I will definitely be staying here again.

The people who work the main office are very helpful and know a lot about the local restaurants and nightlife.

Excellent Laid Back Getaway!
We will definitely be staying again when we are out at Perdido Key. The location is perfect and it is a nice quiet setting. Nothing like the big hotels with all the services, but it is great if you are looking for good price and location. People were very friendly too.
Make sure to bring items such as hair dryer and other toiletries.

Home Away From Home
The Cottage on the Green’s staff was very professional and welcoming. Our Cottage was truly accommodating and very cozy. At times, we truly felt, as though, we were at home. Our only regret was that we had to leave so soon due to our schedule.

Better than a Hotel. Can’t wait to go back!
This was a very clean and quit place to stay. The beds very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. The food at Legends was great. We will definitely stay here again. For the value, it was better than a Hotel.

Great inexpensive place to stay!
My husband and I stayed at Cottages on the Green this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well. The beach was much closer than I imagined! It was less than a 5 minute drive to a public access beach. And while I love Destin, I really appreciated the low-key atmosphere at the Perdido Key beach.

We stopped for drinks both nights at The Reef’s outside bar. They had live music by local artists and the staff was super sweet.

Convenient and Comfortable
What a hidden treasure! This hotel completely met all our needs for a nice, quiet stay close to the beach. We arrived a day early and the friendly staff was able to accomodate us. Very reasonably priced and the food in the restaurant was great! We can’t wait to go back!

Would love to return
This place is great for reunions and family get togethers. It is more like renting a cottage for a week than renting a hotel room with daily service. The golf lounge had terrific food! The employees couldn’t have been nicer!
