The pictures are far from the truth....
Let’s describe it like this: a friend got married and blocked off rooms at 3 hotels in the city including this one. Of the people that I knew attending the wedding we had 3 rooms total for a total of 9 paid nights. None of us stayed longer than one night as the cost of this place is way overpriced compared to the "Paris" brand hotel down the street.

Consistently Satisfactory
I have stayed at this hotel every time I’ve visited Fort Collins after living there for two years. I find it reasonably priced and very clean. The rooms are relatively spacious and very comfortable. If you can, request a room at the back of the property as the rooms there are farther from busy College Avenue and are quieter. The back of the property is situated along a tree-lined residential neighborhood that is quiet and pleasant. The hotel is located within walking distance to Fort Collins Old Town making it convenient for a night of revelry in the many bars and restaurants that district offers.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
I also recommend walking to the Lyric Cinema where they serve up adult libations as well as excellent films. A restaurant called Fish is also within walking distance and remains my favorite eatery in Fort Collins.

One night Stay
My Girlfriend and I spent one night at the hotel in April of 09. This hotel was a basic cheap hotel. Our room was clean and the location was great. it’s a no frills motel.
Traveler's tip on dining
Visit Old Town for a fun time. The peanuts at Lucky Joes are great. Check out Farmers Table restaurant for great breakfast
