They Do Their Best w/ What They Have
The number one rule of real estate is location, location, location...and while I anticipated the location to be the biggest plus of this property, it was the reverse. The property is located close to easy freeway access which is nice...but it sets back in off the street in a neighborhood I was not real comfortable in after dark. Morning light revealed a school behind the property...but at night w/ having to pull back in into a dark area...it was uncomfortable initially. The common areas of the property were very clean...but then again occupancy seemed to be about 10% the night I was there. The continental+ breakfast was nice and included some hot entrees. The room was spacious and nicely divided between a work/relaxing space and the "bedroom" in a way you don’t usually find in a hotel of this class. The staff was helpful for the limited interaction I had with them...with the exception that when I asked where I would find a "nice restaurant" I was informed "well, Denny’s is right next to us...and you get a 10% discount for staying here." While the suggestion of Denny’s is fine for a "quick meal" or "close meal" (I ended up driving 4-5 miles to eat)...it isn’t what I would call a nice meal.

stayed two nights. rooms well furnished. clean. all you need. no fridge tho. better than continental breakfast. service polite. overall satisfied. no complaints.
