They go out of their way for you!
Clean, quiet, and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and overall stay was very nice. I do wish they wouldn’t charge for local calls though. Would definitely stay there again.
About 3 blocks from the Amtrak station. Another 3 blocks from City Bus station. We rolled our suitcases to the City Bus Station and went to the airport that way. It was convenient and easy and saved us a big taxi bill. Hartford is a very small, easy city to navigate.

Even though airline pilots and attendants use this hotel, I would not stay there again. The exercise room is a joke and there is no complimentary breakfast. Every time I wanted something, they asked if I was a "crew" member (airline employee). Since I wasn’t, I was just brushed off.

Enjoyed our stay. Resturant was pleasant. Food okay. Staff were helpful and friendly.
