Not Impressed
We had trouble checking in because the computer at the front desk wouldn’t allow us to check in. The general manager refused to leave his room and come down and help and after a half hour fighting with the computer the young man at the front desk just handed us the keys to the room. Similar problems when we tried to check out in the morning. Since we were not properly put into the computer system the computer wouldn’t let us check out. after 45 minutes fighting with the computer i asked the front desk clerk to call the manager and have him come down so I could talk to him. Again he refused to come down, telling the clerk to just let us leave and he would figure it out later. With management like that i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good for the money
The hotel is very much "worth the money". However, the service was ridiculous. When I say that I do NOT mean that they were mean or rude... they were just not helpful. We wondered at times if they even spoke. Also, this must be a mom and pop kind of hotel (which is all fine and good) since the front desk personnel wear t-shirts and jeans for work. Decent place for the money, but not very "professional".

Not far from the Riverwalk and Alamo. Tons of good places to eat there.
