Needs updating
The room itself was clean and recently updated (within the last couple of years). However, the hotel hallways need some major improvements. The pool area also needs to be updated and there was no heat in the indoor HEATED pool. Would stay there again (but only for the right price).

Not a perfect evening
It seemed that we needed an assist for a multitude of issues....one elevator was not working; ice machines not working; had to call for someone to turn on the hot tub (and it wasn’t hot); the Happy Hour didn’t start on time.... However, the staff was VERY helpful with every issue.
