Muggy
This hotel was a nice place to stay and the continental breakfast in their restaurant was delicious as a buffet with many options. The room we stayed in was awful. It was directly above the pool. Our room smelled of chlorine constantly, windows were very wet, air temperature was sticky and humid. It made for a bad nights sleep. We stayed there for two nights. If you decide to stay at this hotel suggest a different room far from pool area.

Terrible place to stay
We arrived at check-in time. Front desk was unaware that Expedia was offering the package we purchased, and even though our reservation showed it, the attendant athe desk ignored that and put us in a regular room first (we had a suite reserved). Questioned that, got the package we purchased and were moved to a new room (the suite) which was overly large with little funiture, and that was poorly arranged (ever try to watch TV while staying at the sun right behind it?). Room dirty, but that wasn’t the worst part. We arrived at check-in time, and found trays of BREAKFAST FOOD from room service still sitting in the hallway and open bags of trash. It stank of rotten food. Told the front desk about it, and it took them hours to do anything about it. Food at the restaurant (Kip’s) was ok, though pricy. The buffet (part of our room package) was actually pretty good, though Kip’s played the same single song over and over and over and over during our meal. Asked them to fix it, and they changed it to another song that played over and over and over and over...

The attached restaurant isn’t bad, but it will cost a bit more than a regular restaurant just down the street.
