Nice Hotel
I normally dont like hotels much, and starting with tight parking and a locked front door it took too long to get into because of the snow... I didnt expect much better. But the room was big, the staff was decent, and the room was clean. They replaced towels they didnt need to, which is pretty forgivable, the shower was better than most. The biggest drawback, aside from the steep price, was that the place was very hard to find. Theres a discount tires, turn there, its back behind it with no visible signage.
Traveler's tip on dining
Cross university, another mile or three on texas, and theres an italian place which looks really fancy. Its nice inside but very reasonable. You order at the counter and then they bring you the best food of the trip!

Will stay there again
The room was very clean, the beds were more comfortable than most hotels weve stayed in, the bathroom was extremely nice, and the continental-style breakfast was fine. Even though theres a lot of road construction on Texas Avenue, it was still very easy to get out for dining and shopping. My only suggestion would be to think about putting flat screen TVs mounted on the walls in each room. If we are in College Station again, we will definitely stay there.
