Check-in process was S-S-S-L-L-L-O-O-O-W-W-W
We had two rooms. Front desk staff had to take my drivers license, copy nearly every item from it into the computer, hand it back to me, then ask for it again so she could do the same for the second room. Seems to me that the hotel could have accepted name/address/phone number, etc., from Expedia and not needed my license for much more than verification. I arrived with an infant who was hungry and fussy after a long day on the road so the 10-minute delay seemed unnecessary and unwelcoming.

Hotel service here was particularly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean; the whole property seemed new, even though it is more than five years old.
