Our home away from home.
Visiting Pella, IA at least twice a year, we appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel, the politeness of the staff and the closeness to everything we need.

Needs help
We were checked in for two days. Between the two, no bed was maid, no clean towels, breakfast was very skimpy. The room was OK but certainly nothing extraordinary.

Friendly Desk and a SUPERB Housekeeping Staff
The room had little touches and flourishes that the housekeeping staff did to make it seem like a luxury hotel. EXCELLENT CLEANLINESS. Nice Staff!!
