Lovely hotel with excellent service
We spent four nights at the Intercontinental in September 2009, and the only possible complaint we might have had is that the walk from the lobby to our room was too long--it’s a big place! That aside, we found the quality and amenities to be excellent, and the service was top-notch. The hotel restaurants even proved to be very good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service - great location
Friendly staff, clean and convenient. The Inter Continental Hotel is situated alongside a modern shopping centre and just a couple of minutes from a MRT station.

Pricey but clean
Very convenient to the MRT - walk through lobby and through the courtyard, and down the basement (through food stalls and shops), and the train is right there. General area (halls specially) are not too impressive. Lobby is okay. At the room rate, they should throw in Internet service. We used the Internet for less than 5 minutes and got whacked with an almost 5 sing dollar bill.
