NASTY
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. THE FRONT DESK MAN WAS RUDE AND THE ROOM WAS GROSS AND THE BED HAD MARKER WRITTING ON IT AND THE BATHROOM DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH TOWELS IN FACT THEY DON’T EVEN GIVE YOU ANY BIG TOWELS TO DRY OFF WITH YOU HAVE TO USE A SMALL ONE. IT’S JUST NASTY.

lacking customer service
depending on when you called you will either get someone who will assist you or someone telling you to talk to the manager. When I asked for the manager I was informed that he wasn’t in, so I asked when would be a good time to reach him/her and they gave me attitude and said they didn’t know and what did I want.
