Very good hotel in the historical part of Quito
We went to Quito for a friends’ wedding. We spent one night at the hotel. - it was excellent; - friendly staff, perfect service; - our friends had their honeymoon there and we met for breakfast: we spent hours having coffee and laughing together and even if exceeded our time there (people were already having lunch), they were very kind all the time and served us coffee for hours... - air conditioning was new and worked perfectly. - breakfast was delicious. - room conditions were perfect. - the house where the hotel is is sooooooo beautiful and well kept. Thanks for everything!!

We liked to go to "Hasta la vuelta, Senor", a cozy restaurant with very attentive service and local typical food.

Excellent
Great architecture, nice decoration except maybe in the room, although nothing distasteful or bad, fantastic people from the reception to the restaurant. Rooms cleaned impressively often (almost too often...). very well situated if you are interested in the old town. Even though it is not really my type of hotel, i would definitely consider it again if i visit the place.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
DO NOT GO ON FOOT AFTER DARK!! EVEN FOR ONE BLOCK DISTANCE! Locals will also tell you so. We didn’t listen, but fortunately we only got scared...
