Nice old but renovated hotel with small quaint rooms
Staff were very nice - some of the nicest in Europe. Breakfast is included and is very nice - this is rare in Europe where most hotels try to charge you $15 for a continental breakfast. Wireless is free - another rarity in Europe. Location is great and quiet. Rooms are small but its Bruges. Agree about the mattress - it could use a replacement but the rooms are clean and quiet.

Not too great
Hotel location was good but that was about all. Hotel is run down. Good breakfast and staff was OK but rooms were poor. Worst was that the mattress was totally worn out andif you have a touchy back forget it.
