Could have been better!
The price for this Hotel was too expensive. The Suite room/Hot tub was not maintained nor serviced. We did not stay just a few days. We were there for 2 weeks. Staff was friendly but very very sarcastic. Dining services were just ok, food was great but the Buffet menu never changed. So after 1 week it got old and we started looking for other places to dine. Room 630 needs a major makeover! The Hotel does not have a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall or Airport. They should for the price of this place. We used a calling card to call home and one day we obtained a copy of our charge list from the front desk and were charged 1,000 for calling home! No one informed us we would be double charged. What a shocker. We paid it or go to jail!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you are there for a night or two, get the breakfast included with your package. If you are there as long as we were do not include it. Also be advised if you don’t see in the fine print that when you get there you will be asked for a Credit Card for the Hotel to put a 2,000.00 hold on it for services, even if your room is paid in full!
