Comfortable Beds
The hotel Staff was excellent. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds and linens were beyond comfortable. Without a doubt the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced. Great location in the downtown area. The only two negatives would be the absence of a wireless internet connection, although internet connection was available via the supplied cat 5 cable. Also the shower was smaller (and slightly claustrophobic) than I am used to. In all the upside (staff, comfort and location) far outweighed the slight negatives if you find yourself in Kitchener, ON

Extraordinary
We thought our accomodations were terrific. In the heart of the downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely use again. I highly recommend.

not a bad place
well after reviewing the other reviews the overall improvements were good. it is true that the parking has little security, but don’t leave your valuables out and lock your car and hey it’s Canada. the onsite spa was large and clean, the pool smallish. The shower heads were old school water misers (high pressure close up mist farther back. It is very centrally located, in downtown Kitchener, down the street from a killer coffee cafe, (A Matter of Taste) great coffee. staff were good and responsive. only one issue with the heat/ac. it is all central so come spring/summer off goes the heat. thus in cold May, we asked for a space heater and got one. would stay there again.
