Definitely use agaiin
Hotel was excellent. We came in late after flying/driving over 16 hrs. Receptionist was extremely helpful in getting us into our room and fixing the pullout bed from the sofa. even brought extra pillows, blankets and towels to accommodate us. Hot breakfast was outstanding and kept filled. Coffee was hot all day/night and for me being a coffee drinker, was greatly appreciated. Definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for our needs.
We visit this area annually to see our families, and it is ideal for a place to rest, clean up, and have a good nights sleep. It is convenient for meeting family members to pick up one of us to go to other locations. The breakfast is good, especially the wonderful waffle maker you added this year. I hope you keep that.

Horrible
My husband and I stayed here during a weekend and found the place to be extremely dirty and the staff unhelpful. We only had one towel in our room when we arrived and three pillows (king rm). When we called down to the front desk the clerk said we would have to come down and get the towels but they were totally out of pillows. When my husband walked through the lobby there was a roach that was 2.5 inches long. Huge! When we arrived back at the hotel on Saturday after an outing they had "accidently" checked us out of our room and our key wouldn’t work. So we had to wait around until they got that problem fixed. In the corridor where our room was one of the staff had left a dirty toilet bowl brush sitting out for a number of hours. Disgusting!
