Nice place, nice price
Took a weekend trip and decided to spend a few more dollars to get a better room. Very nice place. Had no problem from check-in to check-out. Everything worked, room was clean and quiet. Know where we’ll be staying next year for Steel City.

Never again
We stayed at the 4 Points Sheraton in Greensburg, Pa. 4 nights-Thurs thru Sunday while attending a high school reunion nearby. The room was Ok, but they forgot to clean it one day. No problem-they cleaned it promptly when notified. The major problem was that a pool tournament was being held at the hotel that weekend. We had to call security several times to quiet the loud drunks at 3 in the morning. Also a pickup truck was parked in the parking lot close to our room and was playing loud blaring music late at night. Security responded to our calls promptly, but 3 out of 4 nights were unpleasant to say the least. Management said there were other complaints and they probably would not have the pool tournament there again. They said they would put me in a quieter part of the hotel next time. There won’t be a next time at this place for us.

Great Business Hotel
I travel through Greensburg frequently for business. I love this hotel. It trully is the only full service hotel in the area. The staff is great. Eveyone from the housekeeper to the front desk group. They always are very friendly and treat you like a guest in their own home. I look forward to my next visit!
Traveler's tip on nightlife
The lounge in the hotel is great. A couple of nights a week they have live entertainment.
