Bad Service
The service was really bad. It took them for ever to bring you a drink even in the cases that they didnt have other customers. One day we ask for coffee at 945 and the waitress complain because the breakfast was closing at 10 Also at breakfast another day we got some butter and we notice later that at the bottom of the package was full of jelly, we assume that they are taking the unused packages from other plates and they are putting them back for consumption.

The Hotel is now fully upgraded in every aspect with a new addition for 2009, “Oneiro” Spa; designed by architect and sculptor Joseph Caspari, who has created an urban space with minimalist fuss-free elegance, in calming shades of grey. A place where you can forget about the everyday and take time to unwind and enjoy the feeling of luxury! Capo Bay combines stylish accommodation, luxurious facilities and intuitive service to ensure a memorable stay for all our guests. We look forward to welcoming you to experience it.
