You get what you pay for
Cleaning of the bathroom was not good, we ask for a few things like tooth paste, shower cap, extra blanket for my mom and something else that at the moment I dont remember but they didnt have anything even though they offered for free of charge. Also, they have free wireless internet but I couldnt use it bcoz my laptop didnt get a signal, they said that there is a problem in the area where it was our room (we were in room 405).

A very nice hotel for the price
When I booked this hotel I had low expectations. Niagara Falls has many full service hotels operated by the major brands. So staying at the Baymont Inn wasnt something I was excited about. But money is tight so I figure what the hell. We were shocked by how nice this hotel is. It looks like a fairly new facility. Inside was clean and well kept. The reception staff checked us in quickly. Our room was fantastic. It was spacious. The bed was nice and comfy. But here is the kicker - there is a red heart-shaped jacuzzi right inside the room!! You bet the wife was ecstatic! In addition, the hotel also has a common jacuzzi, pool, and a sauna downstairs. There is also a washer-dryer if you need it. They offer free breakfast in the morning and it is very filling - coffee, bagels, toast, juice etc. There is also complimentary wireless internet. I found it to be slow but it is there if you need it. Here are the negatives. I was asked for an extra parking charge when checking-in. I was not aware of this charge in advance. They really should put that up there when booking the room. We got there in the afternoon and there was plenty of parking but I saw that it got filled up by night. Baymont Inn shares its parking with another hotel. This other hotel looked kinda ghetto. Another negative is that there are no views outside the window. So if you are looking for a falls-view room, you wont find it at the Baymont.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the falls. Also, there are many restaurants and shops just steps outside the door. It is very very convenient.

Good location for walking
My hotel was not fancy just plain but comfortable. You could walk to most of the attractions. The continental breakfast was good and the lady looking over the breakfast was helpful with sightseeing tips.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The pass for 4 attractions...maid of the mist, journey behind the falls and white water rapids, and Fury were the best deal. Using the peoplemover bus was great to get you where you wanted to go.
