Fantastic
I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is superb. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to stay with them.

Not the best.
The hotel had a very strong chemical odor throughout. There were stains all over our carpet floor, and missing furniture. The staff were friendly, but were ill-prepared to handle very typical tourist requests, like booking tickets for a show. We needed to print something out, and surprisingly there was no facility to do so. We had to go in the back room which reeked of cigarettes. I don’t understand how this hotel can rank so high. The only thing it has going for it is the location and the pool.

Recommend highly
Hotel is very contemporary, clean, and well located. The rooms are very nicely furnished with incredibly comfortable beds, flat screen TVs, and lovely bathrooms. The junior suite is especially nice all around. A lovely full Welsh breakfast is included and offers abundant choices. We would definitely stay here again!
