Ferndale Super 8
Room was clean and well kept and the staff was attentive and courteous. The continental breakfast was pretty good too.
Traveler's tip on shopping
I took a tip from one of the earlier reviews and shoped at the local Haggens supermarket. If you do not have one of their membership cards, you are probably better off eating at the McDonalds or Dennys that are in the hotel parking lot.

Clean and quiet
We had the pool virtually to ourselves. The hotel was close to our family members’ house, so we opted to stay there instead of Bellingham, and we’re glad we did as there were less people and same quality as any other Super 8, plus the pool and breakfast. Room card gave us a 10% discount at the Denny’s next door as we had a large group for breakfast.
The pool and Denny’s next door made it a nice stay.

Great Service -- Thin Walls
The service at the hotel was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. Great Kiosk in the lobby for information about the area events and points of interest. Pool was very well maintained, and a nice breakfast. Our only complaint was that we could easily hear conversations in the adjoining room.
