Good stay for small budget business visit
I stayed for 9 nights as a visitor to the Boulder University. The motel is very simple but the stuff is friendly, conditions are good, buffet breakfast is small but healthy. The room and the bath is clean and cleaned each day. The towels are changed each day too. The room was absolutely quiet and warm even if it was cold outside. The view on the mountains from the hotel is attractive. The only thing puzzled: why the cheap simple blanket should have holes from the cigarettes?

It is really 5-10 minutes walk to the University The pearl street is the local downtown The bus trip is 2 dollars

Excellent hotel, superb value
I was very skeptical when I bookedthis hotel at such a low rate. However, what a pleasant surprise. The room was very nice and very clean. The facilities were great and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recomend this hotel. Don;t pay more somewhere else when this has all you need. Thanks Expedia!
