great location
Very nice staff. My room was very small and needed updating. Location and proximity to my son’s school were great. might stay there again.

Dirrty room, but good location
Overall i was not satisfied at the hotel, when i firts got there the elevator was not taking me up to the 6th floor where my room was, i had to go up to 5th floor then take the steps to the 6th, the room was dirrty looks like it was not changed from long time, on the first day i got red spots on my intire body due to the dirrtiness of the bed sheets, i do not recommend this hotel even to my enimies.
If you are going to paris do not full your vacation with turism trip, try to have some dys that you can go and discover the city by your own, my mistake was i have booked for turism trip the intire vacations and i couldnt discover paris by my own.

Perfect Eiffel Tower Hotel
This hotel is located by Ecole Milatare. Every evening we walk to the Eiffel tower. The neighborhood is great with many bistros to eat in, a supermarket and large street market. Metro both subway and bus lines right there. Been staying here for years.
