Great place!
Hotel Dona Elvira was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Santo Domingo. Located in the colonial zone it is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The interior courtyard and pool make a delightful place to while away the afternoon. The service was great. I would heartily recommend it to anyone.

Very nice and cozy
The hotel is very nice. The staff (mainly at night) need to be more pleasant with guests.
