Worst
In 7yrs of stay in USA, I havent came across such a pathetic hotel like super-8 in yellowstone. I didnt feel like using their comforter, and bed sheet with inliner as they were used too much. Not heatlhy for people who have allergies. Very small living space and very costly. I dont know why this is AAA approved.

OK - but outside of town a bit
This was a hard place to get hotels and West Yellowstone seems a bit run down. We were given the keys to the wrong room at first. People showed up after we were settled. The hotel fixed the problem. The desk then came to our room to replace a light bulb for another room. So they seemed to not have their act together. The breakfast was cramped, limited and somewhat disorganized. It looked a little unclean so we did not have anything but coffee. It was a bit small especially the bathroom and sink area. The sink was in the room. This hotel is also beside a RV park that is connected to the hotel. They share a laundry with the campground/RV park so you have to go to the park for laundry services. Nothing close by for eating or fuel - 8 miles west of town.
Traveler's tip
I would not stay in West Yellowstone area. It is very seasonal, run down at this point, and has few alternatives or activities outside of being an entrance to Yellowstone.
