Will never go back
This hotel was in the getto, and no where near the waterfront. There was people walking around outside the building asking for money. We did not feel safe walking around. The room appeared clean until you looked out the window and saw the huge cobwebs around the window (inside not on the outside). The tile and ceiling inside the shower was full of mold and there were crumbs on the floor. There is also a 10 min walk to the "waterfront" and you have to use the skyway system that smells like mold to get there. We will never go back and probably not use that hotel chain again. Expedia should not have this rated as a 3 star hotel.

As good as expected
Had not been back to this hotel in a number of years. High quality service and good employees. Did have a light bulb burned out which I had to point out. And the temp in the room was a challenge to adjust. Overall a very good stay.

Will NEVER go back
I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and me and the other for my parents. One room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests, the other room’s bathroom smelled like urine and apparently they had the water to the toilet turned off and it was backing up. The hot tub was filthy with a lot of disgusting foam and no towels were provided in the pool area. The keys to one room deprogrammed so we couldn’t get into the room until getting another set from management. The elevators were very slow, my husband went to get an elevator while I packed, and I was done packing before it came. The elevator from the parking ramp to the hotel didn’t work. Management was unprofessional and made no attempt in compensating us for the inconvenience and stress. The restaurant was wonderful but I guess totally separate from the hotel. I will never go back to this hotel and highly discourage anyone else to take the chance.
