Not impressed
While the staff tried hard some things were a bother. Would not deliver an iron to room and I had to pay to have a suit touched up. Internet system is 10 years old according to manager and they are tied into a contract and cant upgrade. Slower than dial-up..One high-speed in cold small room in lobby - old equipement- all very high priced. Convenient to RR station - 5 min walk. Poor area at night. Hotel breakfast is good. Dinner a big fuss - one waiter, cool, unimaginative food. Overpriced food and wine. Not a good place for families.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Taxis outside all the time. Saves cost of calling cabs that arrive with 15 euros already on the meter. Near business center, courthouse etc.

great comfort great location
-The location was perfect: close to everything. -Room was cozy and very clean. Bathroom/tub also clean and like new. - I have travelled a fair bit around USA staying iin 2-3 star hotels. I have never had complementary breakfasts as tasty and elaborate as i found here. Maybe its the norm in italy, i dont know - hotel staff was friendly and prompt. Contrary to expectations, language wasnt a problem - TWO complaints: 1. The TV had one english channel (BBC). 2. The internet was not free and was expensive i thought. All in all, i loved my stay.
Traveler's tip on shopping
get a "walks of the city" guide from the airport and just walk around the citys narrow old streets and town squares. Its all within a few miles radius.

Five Star Staff
If you want to day-trip & travel the Piedmont-Torino area and relax in a convenient hotel? Go no further than here. Just around the corner from the train station and right in the middle of the best of the town, I could have stayed longer than my ten days here. Great breakfast
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The staff speak English well and are most helpful. They showed me how to take a train to Lago (Lake) Maggiore when the employees at the train station said it was not possible. Want the best pizza/pasta place or a tradional Piedmont restaurant? Ask the front desk. p.s. On the same street and 6 blocks from the Egypt Museum. Wow!
