Vacatio
The room air condtioner did not have thermostat, it was on or off. So the room was hot or cold most of the time. This was the onnly problem with the hotel tha I had, and is why I gave the a 2 on the condtion of the hotel. The food was good and very good service at the three bars. The hotel had a very nice beach with chairs to sit and sun bath.

Terrible Customer Service & Bad Food
When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. So instead of calling Expedia, they just let us wait for hours. I had to call Expedia with my cell phone (at $2.29/minute) and have Expedia fax the confirmation again. The hotel could have tried to help or given us something to do, but they just ignored us. After everything was settled, they would not do anything to make up for the very poor way that they handled the situation. The other thing is all inclusive is kind of a joke because the food was terrible. The only good thing was they have nice grounds and it is kept very well. I would definitely NOT go back.
