Will not go back to this hotel
We stayed Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday night, guests were outside on the deck until 2:00 in the morning. Had to keep the fan on in the room to drown out the noise. Did not get any sleep that night. Also, the carpet in the room was filthy. It appears that the maid only vacuums the areas she can get to. All the corners had an inch of dust.

Be careful
We took a 2 day getaway with our young children to the Bolero...big mistake - As with young children, in rushing to make the checkout by 11:00 a.m...sometimes one naturally forgets to check a drawer or two...Unfortunately, that happened to us. To make a long story short, We realized we forgot some things about an hour after we checked out, phoned this Fleabag Joint & were told the Housekeeping Supervisor would get back to us shortly. We phoned back several times that day. We phoned for 3 straight days. Finally they found something on the 3rd day. They took what they wanted to keep, sent a few remaining objects back to us, COD of course. Well, what would that tell you about this staff and housekeepers. We left them tips as well!! Shame on the Bolero & their staff. We highly recommend that you should stay somewhere else with honest staff and management.

will never stay here again.
The front desk staff was very stuffy and didn’t make us feel welcome at all. We felt as if we were on trial. When the room was booked in february my wife and daughter were not coming. then they decided to come down for one night and they charged us and extra $20 and change for the night. totally outrageous.
