Not recommended
I stayed in the Park ave. hotel and it was worst night ever. Bugs were found in the bathroom. And nothing was clean, especially the beddings.

Keep away!!!!
All the things i read on the internet about this hotel is 100% true. Please keep away from this hotel although its reasonable price! The sheet was dirty, window was not closed properly therefore i did not feel in safe, i could not take a shower, bathroom was dirty, desk clerk was unfriendly,this is the worst hotel which i ever stayed, what else??

Mice ate my M&Ms
This hotel wasn’t as bad as some of the horror stories make out - Remain calm. Yes, it’s very basic, and as the title suggests, they seem to have a mouse problem, but our bed sheets were clean, and it was quiet most of the time - we didn’t see one other guest for a whole week....make of that what you will. However, if you stay in a similar room to ours, you might think the windows are open. Don’t worry, they’ve just got gaps around the edges. When it comes to getting around it’s fairly quick to get the bus or ferry to Manhattan any time. Dunkin donuts was wonderful. The view down the road of Manhattan is wonderful. To conclude, I would say that if you’ve lived or stayed in a student house, and not had a nervous breakdown when the stairs aren’t carpeted, you’ll be fine.
