Friendly, Clean
This is a well-run, basic hotel with very nice breakfast service. It is not a fancy, scenic resort, but we knew that when we reserved the room. A computer and helpful info are readily available. The owner and son are very gracious.

The location allows easy access to Montepulciano by car, or to travel on to Rome on the autostrada after finishing a Tuscan tour.

Great Experience
Great Location from which to explore Tuscany from. Rooms were immaculate, bathroom looked it had just been redone. Family who owns the place was great. Good Breakfast and free wireless internet too!
