A sad no star hotel!
Rooms were small, signs of wear and tear such as stains on carpet, dust on light fixtures and chipped furniture. The towels were thread thin and frayed on the edges. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Overpriced.

Lived up to expectations
overall the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were attentive. I was expecting a little more for the price paid as breakfast was a little slow and there was a stain on my room carpet. having said this the bathroom was very nice if a little tight. Had a pleasent stay all in all.

Not a 4 star hotel
The hotel is overrated, a 2.5 star rating is more reasonable. The A/C in the room leaked to the carpet and smelled moldy. The wireless was out which was a great hassle. The location is good, but cleanliness in the public/lobby areas were poor. The staff were ok, along with the breakfast. I was expecting more from a 4 star rated hotel.
