Beware!
July 2009, looking for comfort and affordability. Made reservation at Suitehotel & assumed cancellation policy was 24hrs as is standard in US. Due to flight problems enroute, could not make 10 July reservation. Phoned 9 July and discovered their cancelation policy is 3 DAYS ahead of time! Due to flight mishap 1 day prior we could never have fulfilled 3 day obligation and had to pay full amount! Expedia would have refunded money, but only BEFORE Suitehotel deducted charge from my credit card! Very disappointing and not at all customer friendly. Beware!
