Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.
My wife and I and my 2 grand children arrived at the Hotel and shortly after my daughter and her husband arrived. We visited for awhile and then went to turn in for the night. When my daughter and her husbasd walked in their room with one of my grand kids they found roaches crawling on the wall and going behind the large mirror on the wall. They contacted the front desk and someone responded with a spray bottle to spray the room. Later I got up to go to the bathroom and saw roaches crawling on the walls in the bathroom. Needless to say noo one slept and when I went to the desk in the morning I was told tha manager would not be in until Monday. I even took one of the roaches we caught to the front desk as evidence. My grand kids were distraught and wouild not go to sleep as fear that a roach wo9uld crawl on them. I have contacted Days Inn and received a complaint number and was told to give the Hotel 7 working days to respond. Today is the eight day and I have not heard from the Hotel. Needless to say I will not stay at another Days Inn nor will I recommend them to anyone. It seems the Coporate Office does not care and neither does the management of the Hotel it self.

We maintain a 97 health score and we have routine maintenance by Orkin with up to date records. Unfortunately, not knowing to the guest but roaches are transferred from one Hotel to another by the Guest. We try to keep this under control. We do apologize for the problems to the Guest.

Dirty, nasty desk clerk, very dissatisfied
This hotel was very dirty. My room was substandard. Had interaction with one very rude desk clerk. Was awakened at 8:30 am by a maintenance man asking when I was checking out. I told him I was staying another day. He told me I had to get out of my room because of a leak in the tub. When I called the desk clerk to let them know there was no leak in my room I was told "Well if you want to stay in the water, go ahead." I contacted the Days Inn customer center and am asking for my money back. I checked out a day early and had to pay for another hotel. You should not use this hotel. It will definitely lose customers for your service.

Posted: 16-Sep-09The Hotel rooms were flooding by a broken pipe in the walls,the maintenance man was trying to stop the leaks from damaging more rooms. We do apologize for the inconveniences.

Bugs and Roaches
I killed a spider before I could stick my card in to enter the room. He made a nice web, which meant he wasn’t disturbed when he made it. Which explains why this campsite hasnt been cleaned. The room was old, musty, hot even with air. I thought I killed a bug, but apparently it was a Mutant and walked away. Long story short we checked in @ 11 and was out by 3am. Nasty!
