Great place and centrally located
I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. The staff were very helpful in pointing out restaurants and recommending areas worth seeing. The loft rooms are very nice with great views of the city. If I go back to Ghent, I’ll be staying here.

Quaint hotel in historic Ghent (Gent) Belgium
The hotel is quaint and pretty, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and there was a well-stocked bar in the room. On the down side, they sometimes made wake-up calls and sometimes didn’t -- so bring a travel alarm clock. Also, you have to insert a room key by the door to turn on electric and the air conditioning so the room was often stuffy when we were gone. The magnetized keys to the room regularly quit working and had to be re-keyed.
