Great Hotel
Very nice hotel. Centrally located for touring Sorrento. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very cordial and helpful staff. While I didn’t spend time in the pool, the pool area was absolutely beautiful and on my next visit I’ll make time to get to the pool.

We only spent 2 nights in Sorrento, I’d recommend a longer stay to really explore the area.

Great hotel - great service Wait staff in the restaurant every morning was wonderful and had a smile on their face every morning.

Pricey
The hotel was nice and so was the room, well located and quite spacious for Sorrento, but our room faced the road and it was quite noisy at night. Be prepared to pay surcharges for things like the room safe or laundry services (there is no iron in the room). The concierge argued with us when we asked for an iron. He stated that there are no irons in hotel rooms in Italy; funny - our room in Rome had one.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t take a taxi from the station, it is 20 Euros ($30) for a five minute ride. Get a bus ticket for the local Route A, because it will leave you at the door of the hotel. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was nice, don’t miss it; restaurants in Sorrento will charge a $3 surcharge just for seating so it is nice to have a free meal.
